Emotional Wellness

Emotional-

Emotional Wellness is the thoughts you have and your ability to deal with the challenges that life brings. It has an effect on all of the other dimensions. Simply put, it is the way in which we manage feelings through awareness and acceptance of emotions. Being able to manage and express these feelings impacts our overall health. To increase emotional wellness I suggest accept and forgive yourself, strive for a balanced life, express yourself in a healthy way and find purpose and meaning. I challenge you to think about your thoughts and feelings and analyze them to understand how those affect your mindset and everyday life.
